Files to be delivered to Honest Labor:

• ProRes 4444 Quicktime for each timeline

  • Connect to the camera RAW source files. DO NOT use lower res/ transcoded proxies

  • Remove any filters from your edit that would affect color. (Brightness, Contrast, Color correctors, LUTs, etc.)

  • Remove any elements not to be graded. This includes text, slates, subtitles, graphics, overlays and FX

  • Remove dips to black, fades, transitions and effect/overlays. (For any shots that have transitions, add enough handles of the shot needed as these shots will have to be re-conformed once delivered back)

• EDL for each conformed timeline

  • Before creating anEDL, collapse all layers down into one video layer

• Reference Quicktime for each approved edit that matches picture locked timeline with graphics, sound and working color for reference
